Shahril made a big mistake thought that the price no way will not drop to below 30 cents or near, so that he can justify to subscribe the right. If the right being offered higher like 40 cents or 50 cents, i’m sure the price should be lower before the EGM. No one will subscribe knowing that the price will drop to right offer price when the day the right being issued to market. Agreed?

Guys, if a loss making company dilute their shares, it will loss less per share (better). If a company dilute it share in order to transform from loss to profit. EPS will improve from negative to positive. Anyone agreed with me?

@spin. Actually I support the right issue by Sapura. Although is pain now but better for future. The only problem with Sapura is the blood sucker Shahril pay. Many see this no hope, but i see is opportunity to buy at lower price. I’m been investing previously into 2 counters which also facing the same issue. One company come back strong after merger and one company got delisted but eventually got buy out by other big company. With these 2 investment, my return was 10X. This is the 3rd counter i see potential to go up higher in long term. You must be patience buy slow slow...

@spin. 9.9bil new shares mostly will be taken up by PNB/KWAP and other BIG institutions. These BIG players invest for long term and not like ikan bilis, today got right share today sell for few cents profits. Therefore most of the new shares will be locked and actual new right share float to market could be low as 20-30%.

Sapura might not suffer same fate like Velestro after ex-date as the price will hold due to Sapura will drum up E&P listing again.

After right and E&P listing, Sapura can reduce haft of yearly interest rate from about RM800mil to RM400mil. (RM100mil per qtr)

PNB/KWAP loss almost 80% when price drop from RM2.00 to 40 cents now. The reason they priced the RI so low because they all want the price plunge and flush out all ikan bilis. Once they collected enough share, they will push up the price to 80 cents to breakeven and above RM1.00 for profit (at least paper profit for them)

Short term likely Sapura will not move up much until listing of E&P and Qtr profit. Long term investors must be patience and don’t give up now and buy more if you can...
