Sapura facing difficulty listing their E&P unit at bursa now whereby the evalution is more than Sapura itself which is not possible. The only way is to carve out E&P unit and do merger or JV to form new company and do IPO. Ths is the reason why some of you heard rumour about merger with Petron. FYI

The biggest problem for this company was the CEO salaries that resulted company in cash call now. The amount paid to Shahril should be around RM1bil which started from FY14 til FY18.

I think trader will not let Sapura go higher unless Sapura really show profitable in the coming qtr and next next qtr. The most is rm1.00. They will press it down as low as they if got any bad news. So, it might go back to 40 cents...

This week might reach our target price 55 cents below. Just wait for it..

Shahril managed to garner 81% of out 56% of total vote. 44% did not vote at the AGM. If ikan bilis owned 10%, rest owned by who? Yes, you are right.....

Shahril just owned 17.6% of Sapura share. BOD should protect 83.4% shareholders instead side with the Vampire King. Ada logic kah?

Sapura is going lingkup soon if keep paying Shahril 200k a day. If kick him out or resign, bank loan will default, eventually Sapura also go lingkup. The longer Sapura hang on, the more money go into their pockets thru paychecks..

That’s is why I said before Sapura only got 1 option to survive which is listing of E&P. Issue Debt Note, no one is buying after Shahril saga. With current share price, RI can’t fetch much money as well.
