Kesas highway was empty in 90`s until the new township like Kota Kemuning, Bandar Botanic are developed. It took a very long time before turned profitable.

Not all highways are profitable example SKVE beautiful scenery but no traffic.

Search Klang to Taiping using Waze or Google map. WCE not in the proposed routes. Missing highway.

Looking at this broken highway, terputus-putus tanjung karang to sabak bernam and teluk intan to Kg. Lekir, this highway is no way serve as alternative to north south highway. Maybe Like SKVE suffering low traffic volume.

Land acquisition cost has gone up to 2.2B compared to estimation 1.0B one decade ago. This amount could be increasing.

How many times IJM would offer help ?

I also added lots in June. The price drop was more than the maximum possible damage the incident could cause.

I still have some concerns on this incident impact to the bareboat charter rate of Armada Kraken. The Armada management is still silent on the financial impact.
