As far as i am concerned TSH has to be debt free. At debt free and if it has 100K acres of planted oil palm and calculated over its paid up capital of 1.5b, it will work up to about RM15K per acre. I dont think i can buy any oil palm land in Msia for that kind of price. The price need to triple up to reflect the true land price.

After declaring 8 sen dividends Ah Pen still continue to buy. He stands to collect more than RM 26 millions to pay for his purchases. The more he buys the more he earns and the richer he becomes while many ppl can only stand at the sides and look with envy.
