As far as i am concerned TSH has to be debt free. At debt free and if it has 100K acres of planted oil palm and calculated over its paid up capital of 1.5b, it will work up to about RM15K per acre. I dont think i can buy any oil palm land in Msia for that kind of price. The price need to triple up to reflect the true land price.
