On the company/founder not supporting the price... if you mean not pushing it, then it is the right thing to do. It depends on how far back you look or when you started investing. Right after RI, the price went down to RM1.80, the company bought back alot of shares, go check the buyback history, they bought back so much to the point where some even questioned them during AGM.

The founders also subscribed to the RI, in the millions. If they dont believe in the company, they would not have put in hundred of millions of their own money into their own company.

Maybe it will fly, maybe it won't. Time will tell.

To be honest, I am not a fan of indoor farming or vertical farming or whatever they call it. Most greenhouse farming simply doesn't work. I am still holding MFCB and will continue to do so, I hope if things doesn't work out, they will shut it down. But I hope they succeed.

I hope they are smart enough to plant Herbs, Onions, Mushrooms and etc. Dont compete with those in Cameroon, compete with food we import, if they are able to scale, our gov might help out without hurting the small farmers in Malaysia.

I agree on the YTLP sentiment, I believe their power plant in Singapore consist of 70%+ of their profit. and they already have 2 or 3 data centres, I doubt Nvidia project will contribute much to the bottom line. If cost is not a reason, Nvidia would have chosen singapore for their data centre, they already have their regional HQ and research there. Just like Dyson setting up their HQ in singapore and sub out the low end job to Malaysia.

I think YTL and YTLP are run by different people, both brothers. Seems like YTLP is the one that drives the growth, not YTL.

Yinson profit is stable even during covid because they signed a fixed charter rate, as long as they pump oil out from the ground, they get paid a fixed amount regardless of oil price.

Oil can go to zero or 200usd, it wont effect yinson profit.

I always find it puzzling whenever people try to justify the price drop of their favorite stock due to 'good' stock manipulation, like how the owners/founder try to push it down to 'collect' more. Same argument used by glove holders.

I believe few months back some of the Lim family bought the warrant. They've already subscribed to the Rights Issue, which is huge for their family. I doubt they have a big enough war chest to buy more.

If you believe in the company, just buy and hold. After all, the Lim family subscribed to the RI, and bought more warrant from the open market. If you dont, just sell and move to another counter. It is a free market.

That is because they are trying to hold the price stable when short sellers throw. Don't think too much, at least the founder and owner are willing to support the price, some owners couldn't care to provide necessary support.

There is a saying, you dont have to make back your money the way you lost it. sometimes not averaging down is a better strategy, it all depends. pearl white probably bought and then continues to average down. never fall in love with a stock.

Yes, he thinks he has the power to influence the stock price via i3 by bad mouthing it. Then out of no where, he became a supporter or Serba, and when Serba continues to drop even more, they went crazy, writing super long conspiracy articles. Anyone that thinks he or she can push a stock price up or down simply by commenting on i3 or any other forums need to have a reality check, the market is too big.
