业绩方面，集团营业额得13亿3517万8000令吉，比上一个财政年增加28.8%，在2019财政年，集团的建筑业贡献9.46亿令吉或70.9%，房地产发展带来1.97亿令吉或14.7%，收费站业务则带来1.76亿令吉或13.2%。

集团营业额增升，主要归功于DUKE第三期与生命之河项目，有更多的建筑工程完成，DUKE第二期在2017年10月完成后，迎来更多交通流量，同时，亿国城商场（Eko Cheras Mall）开始取得租金收入，也为营业额走高带来贡献。

此外，集团税前盈利取得2亿2626万6000令吉，前期为1亿6492万1000令吉，对集团来说，2019财政年是繁忙与活跃的一年，在这期间，集团持续迈向增长，同时，为股东创造长期价值。

另一方面，通过恰当与深思熟虑的行动，进一步改善业务表现，谨慎与安稳的企业风险管理，继续越过重重挑战，以推动及提升集团的各项业务。
