Problem is the major shareholder contributed 10million shares to be traded in SGX for S$2 per shares.
It might create arbitrage opportunity, meaning our price now 5.10, but SGX share price is S$2 (MYR6) at this moment.

Listing in SGX our shares meaning will be partly sold in Singapore. No material effect on earnings, and number of shares. All remain same.
Pros is TG will able to raise fund in SGD, and maybe more shares free float.
