Seems like whatever news on Omicron will only able to push the price for about 2 days. At the end its still come to the fundamental question whether it will translates to financial advantage to the glove counters. Logically it may result in higher volume in gloves demand. Probably investors spooked by the experience of falling in stock price and ASP even during Delta craze few months ago.

News on Omicron might not be sustainable to push the price. We need to have solid data like increase in glove demand and increase in ASP.

Better don't be over confident and always put stop loss if invest for short term. We had almost similar experience with Delta where the price drop from sky high.

In such market condition it's not surprising to drop. Why all getting excited to see it drop? Today there are 700 counters drop. Why not just leave the comment and laugh at people losses at these 700 counters? Only loser will act in such way.

Glove counters will be driven by sentiment at least until the next qtr. Only better than expected coming qtr result can change the sentiment. Not suitable for short term trade.

I think its not wrong to average down but have to determine how much is the comfortable amount of fund that probably will be stuck in a particular stock for some time. Only averaging down on stock that have good fundamental and visible future growth.

It may not easy for gloves to have such big jump again even if we have another news such as Omicron in future. It is because majority those jumped in with the hope of earning quick buck are trapped or may have cut loss. Furthermore, the jump was lasted for 2 days only. Once bitten twice shy. Better be prepared to invest for mid to long term if put money here.

Unfortunately the entire KLCI is a big falling knife. Just buy when the price is right and be ready to keep for some time.

I believe that demand for gloves is sustainable and will only increase even without Covid. The risk of overly associating Covid to gloves may backfire when the fear of Covid is no longer there, which is happening now. Don't create a mindset that gloves = Covid. It will do more harm than good for golves for short term.
