bjcorp is in one of my portfolio as i think current price are attractive but i must say it really a long term stuff. My opinion is collect small amount and top up if price down again.

Somebody with large shareholding are que sell even after remeasurement of some asset and the situation is all to familiar with past movement prompted me to confirm my suspicion that somebody are try to push the share down. Now we as a normal investor can't do much about it except to think what is the reason and who (which obviously have a very large quantity of share) are doing it and stand to benefit from it. I think most of the people here are already have the answer in their mind. Just my thought though :-)

I think puncak should request a definite date from both gov for the m&a and i wonder whether puncak are entitle to some kind of compensation due to the prolong m&a?? nonetheless i still believe that this M&A will be done eventually.

what i mean "drb version2 " is FOR ME after selling drb at a loss and straight away buy puncak and meet with the same situation ( at loss again and AGAIN have to wait for a suitable price to sell) is really frustrated. But the cause of decline is different nonetheless i'm confident puncak will rise again

Well for me i don't think puncak will have a cash flow problem. Remember why puncak can granted with such huge debt? I have seen one Detroit, USA being bankrupt so why not Selangor? if puncak win the court case, it'll be a catalyst for puncak for sure.

Court case now proceed quicker than past times one. Puncak debt are majority in the hand of fed gov. If puncak can maintain around 60 cent eps each year, i can't see much severity of consequences from the aborted m&a.

For me the reason the price didn't go up yet is like what Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid said oledi, there is still 1 or 2 items yet to resolved but is optimistic that the main agreement can be finalised by Monday.

I think pkr really in the difficult situation here... if follow the agreement then azmi & kps will be the ultimate loser here. If scrap the agreement then might be slap with a court case by fed gov (except if they can approved the langat as token) and the case of the tariff compensation will continue with the lucrative water business still in the hand of puncak etc. if up the $ for kps then might have to do it for other also and might be viewing suspiciously by the public ( and don't forget, khalid will be watching this closely). The acquisition by private company is not possible in this case so delay might be the best choice here although there is a time frame for it. A difficult crossroad that must be taken in some point and will test azmin skill. However i might be thinking/guessing too much here as state gov might oledi have a decision and only a small disagreement cause the delay. i still hav around half of my investment in puncak and i do hope all ends very well for puncak.. cheers..

my personal view is the price oledi factor in the delay as the edge oledi reporting it first hand however minor selling pressure might happen in the short term pending more clear picture of the reason for delay and the next step by the fed and state gov.

Lets see if the management will react to this "report" or not on wednesday. The report for now lack clarification by the party involved and the extension date will ended in next 4 working days only. However the choice is yours whether to stay invest.
