i think the situation is very clear here. All the discussion and due diligence should have been done by now.Valuation is the main point here. Difference still persist and lead to stagnant and now is see who blinked first. Latest is october and if by then still stagnant then the fed govt role is very important here.Last time they succeed in mediate a amicable & good agreement for puncak which big shareholder is Rozali. But that's b'cause langat is at stake then. Now will fed govt help mediate a deal for Gamuda, sweet alliance, kps and sel govt. Let's see.

There are another possibility here..... puncak to become substantial shareholder only although i don't think it's a bad idea after all as they can use the puncak money to fund the triplc medical project.

Qr not bad lah. What u expect in this current weak domestic market. However i want to say, Hng33 have help many investor here with his good analyst & news. Gamuda also not bad mah, its not like they have made some bad investment or not getting any new project. In fact exciting news might happen as fast as this April. However investment decision is totally yours to make and don't blame anybody with it as your profit also didn't share with anybody or any analyst.

com warrant oledi adjusted "naturally" since 25/11 but might be or might not be down little bit following the rm1 adjustment from mother share ON or after ex date. After that will follow the movement of mother. Feel for the people who own the com warrant b4 25/11 & still have it now.

err... ex date @ 4/12/2015 so on friday gonna adjust price... also mean who want to sell or buy must b4 friday

Since non-shariah compliant again, don't think many will convert warrant so cash per share would be higher....after 8/12/2015 we will know. Also last time non-shariah compliant is because too much debt, now is because too much cash so if use the cash to acquire other business, hopefully can be shariah compliant again.

you are welcome myview... if i'm not mistaken, when the owner realise that there will be a gambling resort in the project and sought a court order to stop the project which they've succeed and now they r still negotiating. my take is a amicable resolve might be achievable since the main issue is regarding the gambling sector only and the whole project already half completed. Still invest at your own risk and always search for the latest news. thanks.

jeju issue in my opinion is maybe the owner of the land want more compensation only lah... so far they r still in discussion and if the project really cancel then the fault might be lie with JDC ( an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Transportation and the joint venture with berjaya in this project). If really did cancel, berjaya might request compensation from JDC although this is only my thinking about this issue.
