Taciturn, i'm impress of your man up action on your prediction for doe decision... prediction is nothing bad, a 1000 times better than rumours. In fact we ourself make prediction all the times. So if your prediction came out short, It's doesn't mean you're a liar or someone with a bad intention. However judging by the share price movement, there might be too optimism on the date for doe decision. However the decision will come in the near time, i predict.

lai63, i think you need at least 3 working days to convert the warrant to share ( if u pay by cash )..... i think you can call the company sec or your remisier for more clarification.

also you have to pay the exercise price to convert to share so it's like buying the mother price... so better trade off in the market.

Pagi ini kecoh di laman sosial dengan penyebaran gambar Proton Iriz yang rosak teruk akibat kemalangan pada kelajuan tinggi. Better come up with statistic and report than just simply create something out of blue without any proof or statistic to scare people. Let the people here decided whether to stay invest or exit. And whatever the outcome also won't make the price up or down coz only the big boy have the power to do it. With the price have fallen so much, it's easier to take advantage of it, saying something like " i tell u this oledi , i tell u that, didn't i ". I know all the people here want to buy as low as possible ( me too) but pls don't criticise someone effort to provide their own report with proven statistic. I think once they buy the stock they will change the tune to something like " buy now b4 too late" or "someone special/some insider ask me to buy now etc etc". i think downside remain limited, as the share price oledi down so much even after q result decline q on q (2013). Although the sentiment remain bearish as the oil, cpo, property( especially johor) sector and gst remain a concern to the stock market, i think drb next short/medium term catalyst remain intact coz i'm confident the sales volume target of iriz will be achieved due to a better overall quality vs myvi and year end sales pick up in the automobile sector. also the waste kepong waste-to-energy incinerator project and a request for an RM1.7bn grant for its R&D programme is also a potential catalyst for drb in medium term.

epf did the same to ytl also, the only concern i have is like hng33 said, they do it for contra gain. If it so then it'll takes some significant news or contract or a good Quarterly Results to move up the share price.

i think they sell some shares in other(certain) stock exchanges and have gain some value to the net assets of the company.. good news loh... correct me if i'm wrong.

still have to wait some times but it seems they have reached some proposal and wait the response of the market to conclude it. My calculation is the decision will be b4 24/10 and it might explain why the stock price still haven't rise to its full potential. But at least we got dividend to accompany us in these exciting times so stay calm.

Mr. Starkdark, the special dividend should be paid in full after deduct the necessary cost of 33 m & other expend. If i'm not mistaken it should be tax free or net of tax.

decision should be near now... the first ccs decision came about 2 month & 20+ day so if this review follow the same timeline should be this week or next week. the price revised is not an issue for me coz the mou with seek already include this option so seek should agree with the new price. just my opinion though.

current rate for wessex if i'm not mistaken is 5.1% so if the 3.85% is to be implement in 4/2015 then it's a reduction of around 20%. But the final decision is in 1/2015 so no need to worry lah & this news is not new lah ..... they already know the 3.85% issue in jan or fed 2014. The share price might already account this already & if it not then might not be now lah(except panic selling from the small fish)... but pay attention in any indication from uk gov or in 1/2015 loh... just my opinion.
