After reading Jholow's article above which is the second top article in i3, I am convinced I made the right choice switching my investment from Liihen entirely to Hevea.

TOTALLY CONVINCED AND HAPPY ON MY DECISION, now Hevea is shining !

The recommendations need to be adopted by the European Commission, and will apply to all planes and helicopters registered in the 32 EASA member states.

"The tragic flight of Malaysia Airlines MH370 demonstrates that safety can never be taken for granted," said Patrick Ky, EASA's director.

"The proposed changes are expected to increase safety by facilitating the recovery of information by safety investigation authorities."

The minimum recording duration of cockpit voice recorders installed on new large planes should also be increased to 20 hours from the current two hours, it added.

The agency suggested that all large planes flying over oceans be equipped with a new type of ULD with a longer locating range.

In a statement, the European Aviation Safety Agency urged "the extension of the transmission time of underwater locating devices (ULD) fitted on flight recorders from 30 days to 90 days".

Part of the problem is that the batteries to the beacons fitted onto the so-called "black box" cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder – which are crucial in locating a plane and determining what caused it to crash – have died, making the search even more difficult.

The aircraft disappeared on March 8 with 239 people on board, and an intense search for the plane has been scaled back after coming up with nothing despite an air and sea hunt over 4.64 million square kilometres of the southern Indian Ocean.

Europe's aviation safety watchdog yesterday called for the transmission time of tracking beacons fitted onto black box flight recorders to be extended from 30 to 90 days, a reform that may have made it easier to find the missing Malaysia Airlines plane.

The Black Box must never ever fall into the hands of the conspirators who always cover up and twist facts.. If it does, then there will be a massive cover up of what actually happened in MH370. Its best UN takes over custody of the Black Box and copy the contents for safe keeping.

Of course in Bolehland, the landlord doubles the size and quadruples the cost based on what the tenant wants and then blames the tenant for asking for the sky.

Aren't you supposed to negotiate and agree beforehand on these things? You are not building a Lego toy, for crying out loud.

Yes hamyee, I agree with you. There is only ONE operator in all the furniture stocks, obviously he cannot handle 4-5 stocks at the same time. That is why you will see rotational play on them from Latitud to Pohuat to Homeriz to Hevea.

But he did not play my Liihen where I am one of the largest shareholders. If he does, then I will throw everything to him and switch to Hevea and Homeriz, hehe.

Hi ulutrader, among the pack, Latitud is indisputably the best here. Hevea has a high debt level overhang (nevertheless the management has done a good job in reducing this concern by almost $25m every year since 2010) while Liihen has a legal hot potato at hands, the outcome of which is unpredictable and can be devastating if the apex court ultimately ruled against Liihen.

Thus, Hevea is a much better buy than Liihen given the CLARITY among these two here.

My suggestion : Why don't you two settle for real in the stock market? Datukkung, you are pro Liihen, then you pump up the price. Fight the other group like a man. If they want to talk down the price, buy up all their Liihen shares.
Likewise, for the anti-Liihen group, sell to depress the price of Liihen to show Liihen is not as sound as what their book says.
