Sunway Construction posted a record high 4th quarter results which are better YoY and QoQ. I have only 1,000 shares of SUNCON. But I really hope KGB can perform as well especially the QoQ which many are doubtful that KGB can do it.

@waorangsiam forcast of 17.8 X 2 = 35.6 Q4 earnings is needed to break RM2.40. All TA analysts forecast is above RM2.40.

“Under the shareholders' agreement with Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC Pte Ltd, the initial public offering for SHG has to be completed by October 2027.

RHB Research has advised investors to start accumulating Sunway Bhd as investors are expected to be rewarded by the value-unlocking exercise, similar to the listing of Sunway Construction Group Bhd (SCGB) eight years ago.

hng33, you mentioned that after the end of Feb quarter results, Genting will be propelled back to its pre-pandemic price of RM6. But here we have Riaz1954 saying that CEO Lim Kok Thay will press down the price using the Genting shares he owns. If like this looking at the charts, there will be triple peak price of around RM5, and share price will never close at or above RM5. Can anyone here have the same opinion.

Kenanga's target price suddenly change from RM0.78 to RM1.00.

The long tail below the body is indicative of sellers trying to push the price down by a significant amount but the buyers manage to push it back up. The buyers do this to show a definitive buying strength which will lead to an increase in price, going forward.

Went down to as low as RM0.76, can manipulate to close at RM0.78.

From a sleepy counter, become an active counter. Don't know what to expect.

I went in today (2 Feb 2024). There is nothing much that I could do now. Just wait until end of February to see whether its quarter results is good enough or not. Bears are in full control now.
