VC is penny stock and yet to generate any consistent profit growth at the moment.
Basically is still for speculation only. TP is your own expectation and entry price.If it acquire some good business which may help the company to turn around .
I have some old ones under SKH Consortium which subsequently consolidated and issue Warrants and PA. I have sold all the entitlement at that time as sentiment was not good. Didn't manage to sell when it hit 33 cents.
Recently bought some near 10 , below 10 and also 5 cents.
I hope to ride on it as uptrend still intact.range bound 0.01 with higher volume than previous day.

is normal for the share volume churning among the players. you cant have one player alone to play a counter. that's why they call syndicate.
Unless shareholders keep on disposing then it may be distribution. also DJ seem ok and not in next correction phase.
Looks ok to me. If not enough should load more for Hari raya pocket money

it does not seem to me the key shareholders are fighting for control as no further increase of equity % reported but generally if a share in play , you need players to buy and churn the volume . Timing is critical and controlled by them.
Let's see and wait as I mention for medium term holding.

Based on kuaTaktahu update on more conversion to ordinary shares despite its lower price, is a good sign that company is building up cash for more acquisition. Coupled with price action in last 3 weeks even though share price has up from 2.5 to 8.5 which is about 300% higher , this is sign of accumulation rather than distribution .
I will keep the shares for medium term rather than short term gain.

today VC sentiment is much stable in line with overall market. only 1.2m done at 8cts and 29.5m done at 8.5 cts.

It does not look like pressing down but basically to shake out the weak holders in the backdrop of DJ weakness yesterday. The BB are controlling it and accumulate the shares before next push up.

as shared by KuaTaktahu's NST article of VC on board control, the 4 parties control about 65 of total shares. on surface all have about the same % of shareholding and any further accumulation of shares will result in higher share price.it appears that there is a blockage to prevent further share price from going up.i guess is unlikely that they are blocking one another which will eventually dilute their shareholding. I believe could be another party or players trying to come in to accumulate and play.

Difficult to read their agenda but based on unusual high volume and upward price trend, expect VC to rise and meet resistance at 14 soon
