Good. Revenue is around the same as Q1. That means they either reinvested some profit into building/expanding the company for incoming products/businesses or there are some one-time expenses due to MCO. Q3 result will be better as automotive segment ramps up again. Trucks are rolling off dealerships in the US. The worst is over. Price will trend up like it did after Q1 result came out, with the move to main board ;)

Considering how bad the automotive industry was hit this time, Q1 result is actually quite decent. Might be an opportunity for new investors to enter. Hoping that the worst is over and only good news after this :)

Solid positive results for Q4 amidst the ongoing trade war. You can see the QRs improving quarter over quarter throughout the entire 2019. Hoping for the best in 2020 as management decides the best timing to transfer to main board.

JHM’s biggest customer is from the US. Get your facts right. If this virus only affects operations in China, in the long term it can be good for Malaysian industry as customers shift to outside of China for suppliers. But of course we should all hope that this virus will be curbed soon.

Feel like this is an unnecessary announcement. Just let the QRs do the talking if the intention was to show that business is improving. Making this unnecessary announcement leads me to believe that the next announcement/news will take some time.

If JHM moves to main board TP should be higher

JHM’s customers are US based, and US automotive programs are still doing well. Layoffs at GM or Ford doesn’t affect the programs that are ongoing, and so, business is still booming. Expect a record quarter yet again. One thing that I hope to see going forward is a diversification of revenue contribution by different sectors/customers, instead of domination by one single major customer. Hopefully aerospace business will pick up its speed soon. Bright future ahead for JHM now that component shortage issue is slowly mitigated.

Excellent result coupled with the successful meeting between President Trump and President Xi will bring the SP upward on Monday.

If you look carefully at the press release, the company is moving towards the right direction. Revenue increased by 79% and EBIDTA increased by 250%. If you are a long term investor, this is a great quarter to collect. Cash from Splash sell will be used to expand other subsidiaries which will further increase the following quarters' revenues.

That's a good news. If that subsidiary is loss making, then even though selling it reduces revenue, it increases profit margin. You won't want to keep a subsidiary if you know it's constantly generating loss. Focusing on the strengths of a company is a wise step to take. Also, selling it means Nova transferred the debt to the buyer and thus reduced its own overall debt. Nova has a bright future in e healthcare.

Not true. JHM's biggest customer is MLS, whose main customer is Magna.

Main Board transfer application has been submitted.

BN falling will not affect revenues as the contracts have been signed. Business is still business, developments are still gonna happen. Stock price might be influenced short term, which will then be great time to buy!

To put it into perspective, a lot of companies in the US have negative EPS.
Eg. AMD has negative EPS all these years, and has just swung to positive EPS this QR.

This stock is now clearly undervalued.

Last Thursday announcement of proposal to main board, last Friday dividend ex-date. Traders started the sell off starting Friday, finished yesterday. Smart and big investors should start accumulating soon in anticipation of future news :)

@sitia smart investors would not wait until the proposal is approved to buy. The company would not submit such a proposal if they're not confident that they'll get approval as this kind of proposal has a high admin fee.

This is as big and good of a news as you can get! Uplisting to main board opens up doors to more foreign investments and institutions, and most of the time results in much higher trade volume and liquidity. This move signifies confidence of the company management about its upcoming revenues and future directions. Expect a gap up. If the price doesn't move much, it is clearly manipulation and in the long run, the longs will win! Future is bright!

This belongs to 0.8-0.9 range without any news. If a news hits... Now if a big news hits...

@santocs ADB technology uses LEDs too, but much smaller in size. Not sure if JHM has the capability to do the SMT for that, but according to the following article, ADB tech adoption is estimated to ramp up to only 15% by 2025. So even if JHM does not have the capability to do that, LED technology will still be dominant for the next 5-10 years. By that time, aerospace products should be contributing a decent amount of revenue. JHM has a bright future ahead :)
