When you mention scary, is supposed to be positive or negative?

If good companies with capable people like liew kee sin come and takeover, then rhere's something to shout about.
But what is known is that many parties that this company tried to work with , were all either aprrehensive or were turned down .
So, this speaks for itself

Yes, i know the concept of buying a counter at its worst news.
But, this counter, would be different...most of the value of their landbank will have to pay up a large sum of monies that they owe to amanah.
Secondly, properties in iskandar has shown a slowdow.n. Even UEM is cutting bank on development, and announcing lower sales.
Thirdly, while an investor in mpcorp is hoping and waiting for a turnaround of luck in their shares, this company will continue with their rights calls, asking more money etc.
Fourthly, even if there is a jump in their share price, it would be shortlived as it is being played up or speculated by some parties.

This company's MD has been accused of fraud , so he passed the baton to his son, so that ignorant investors would not notice about its flaws.
This company has plenty issues and facing many material litigation.
Recently, another suspicious character, tey por yee, which is being sued big time by prtasco, bought a big portion of shares in this mpcorp.
So, beware
