If u read carefully, the news r not really ' real news' le.... Eyeing a project, hoping to do this n that, buying out their suppliers for certain reasons etc... I also read some members said, there r management disputes happening....

The said incorporation is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share, net assets per share, share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March 2015.

The said incorporation is not subjected to the approval of the Company's shareholders.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.

Ivian, Before the fall a month ago, it was almost 60 sen. Now,Down more than 10 sen. IMHO, can buy. Big discount already. Never be too greedy. We can't expect to earn every single sen without a sen of trading loss. No one really knows actual price tomorrow, or next month.. If u don't play contra, it's quite safe. Anyway, trade at your own risk :)
