Serba already defaulted their US$7 million coupon payment in December 2021 which triggered a cross default, no need for them to default on the may bond. that is why they are PN17 now.

Those that says it is because of KPMG and bankers that causes serba to default, remember this, if Serba needs banker's money to pay off their previous debt, what is this then? Isn't it a ponzi scheme?

And since Serba claims they have so much receivables, they already got 1 year plus to collect them and pay that USD7m. Why suddenly the receivables all gone? You know why? because it is fake receivables.
