Budget 2020 could push construction and building materials stocks up with positive news...gamblers may find it worth punting...afterall...it's holding steady at current price despite recent horror shows from Wall Street...downside risk seems minimal.

I think it may cross RM2 between year end to March 2020....equally strong QRs with profit of RM14m needed for next 2 quarters...let's see.
