The next QR for lionind is in the same situation as HY in their last QR.. For lionind, qoq and yoy are both 40 odd sens... one can take a gamble that the next QR could easily be better than qoq and yoy....but will the lion spring a surprise like HY did? Since 9/5, some major projects are shelved or pending confirmation...how will that impact local steel suppliers? In the last QR, lionind reported higher steel revenue but lower revenue in others. If steel revenue decreases this QR, the rest look like they can't lift the profits very much...
so the betting table will be laid for punters soon...big or small...eps higher or lower than 0.40....are people taking early positions for the bet now or fleeing early at higher prices and re-entering at lower prices so as to minimise risks?

The value of the company is unchanged after conversion...but if it's going to be sold down to 0.10 after conversion like some of u fear, then the management must be crazy...better stay put and remain a penny stock....but again, this company may not be one of those exceptional cases like Citigroup who managed to reverse their fortunes with reverse split.
Conclusion for me: look at company's fundamentals and prospects. This company does not impress in previous QRs....so like Hubline, best consider carefully before jumping in.
