If you buy now... it's 0.175+1.09=1.265... mother share has to climb back to that price before WA conversion deadline 5 years later. No problem la...buy WA at the lowest possible.. which is about now.

This counter has to wait for the directors to buy back shares...just like last rally....otherwise, shipping industry still sailing rough waters..avoid.

So it reversed... expected as this acquisition is a good investment...just load up.
