I believe the new refinancing package would have locked in an agreed interest rate already...could have factored in this hike...or the banks may be generous not to factor in.

Assuming I bought TG on the same day...HY is making 2x more profits than TG for me.

Please check quarterly eps for Petgas and HLFG..HY at its worst so far can achieve 28 sens...those two are priced around and above 17. HY deserves current price??

Still so many speculators... hard to close green... shark dangles a carrot.. many rush to take profit..now shark will give u enough to minimise your losses or make Starbucks....they will only push the price after they collect enough.

Refinancing is smart debt management. Since the loan interest rate is lowered... getting extra cash is the next smartest move...free up cash in hand with borrowed cash...use cash in hand to make more cash...how is this bad?

But crack spread 92 futures looking very strong...except for January... let's see.

There are plenty of trading opportunities for quick money daily.. either ride the wave of a rising stock or spot stocks that are sold down to attractive prices after profit taking. Petronm is one example...I know how to earn my Starbucks or buffet dinner or even a Rolex watch per day....but with HY...dumb dumb hold is doing well.

@zoozooka..All of us are trying to maximise the returns from our investments with our savings or borrowings or wealth. However, the bottom line is still your ability to spot the growth sector, growth stock in the ever changing economic climate. I eyed on shell when oil price was around 30USD. When oil showed early signs of recovery, I bought HY shares in May'17 below RM5.. Masteel is good as steel price has recovered from lows but Mr KYY's concern is the future demand of steel as construction industry here may slow down. Gold price is still off its peak so that's one sector that has potential..there are tech stocks to consider.. it's not about how much u have vs how much millionaires/billionaires have. Its about how u grow your own funds from 5 to 6 figures....or 6 to 7 figures...or 7 to 8 figures...your investment methodology/strategy, sector/stock selection + business mind + timing etc. Good luck to us and may all of us realise our ambitions and goals down the long road of share investment.

Confirm no shutdown for QR4...ringgit also stronger...thus we're all bullish after learning from various sifus' input. Exit tp is tricky... everybody has their own tp and investment strategy...some frown on dumb dumb hold.
..they prefer to have their hands on cash and rather enter and exit in frequent opportunistic trading...some just buy as low as possible and try to sell as high as possible...Mr KYY prefers such investment style. Anything can happen after QR4 announcement... many may take profit after the gap up...or the price could be pushed up further before massive profit taking...or if got dividend say 50 sens, many will hold and many will buy aggressively. So many permutations to possible reactions after QR4.

QR1'18 should still be decent..u gotta read David's article carefully. And Probability sifu or other sifus will share their views when they are ready.

The chart suggests uptrend ...patience needed.

Dunno if we retail investors can screw the shorty seller back...but just try not to sell cheap....if can hold then hold till QR4.... it's the best we can do.

Gapped up 48 sens today....could be short-seller buying back shares even before market opens...don't sell cheap... the buying not done yet I think... could have afternoon surge.

An advice for punters and margin players:

Don't go for lengthy breaks during trading hours...stay in front of your PC.
Cos if there is a horror show, HY price falls very quickly.

For traders, HY is now a high risk high return stock...for long term investors like myself, 100% confident on her FA..thus I dumb dumb hold since May '17.

Be super alert when price revisits 19...cos that's when we were treated to the steep rollercoaster ride... not asking to sell...I am not selling but just look out for horror movie part 2.

Weak holders already scrambled and licking their wounds now...stronger holders will wait out till QR4 at least... any cheap sale will be lapped up readily.
