Hibiscus is making profit for 6 qr, Reach making losses all the time last 2 quarters.
Hibiscus have Sabah EOR as catalyst, Reach have nothing yet for future development.

So which one you think that sounds better? haha

The FPSO Armada Kraken project has been particularly challenging. After hitting first oil in Jun17, the FPSO had tethering / tuning issues in Jul-Aug17. The reliability has since improved, and Armada Kraken is now processing 70–80% of the well production rates. Management targets to receive full acceptance by end-17. The tethering issues may result in a negative EPS contribution in 3Q17, but MQ Research expects the project to contribute positively in 4Q17 and 18–19E.

So, it seems the chartered rate for kraken will be discounted till it fully accepted. The earning should be acknowledged in 4Q17 and possibly with discounted value. So 1Q18 is really the right way the time to see it will fly or not. Still long to go...

Of course, eor announcement will be a catalyst to further boost it. But now we know its support at 0.65. So even with sabag eor faill, if it further drop then will be another chance for collection

As mentioned earlier, pbb research claimed its tp to be 0.58 based on anasuria result. So it is trading at fair value now, and with few more earning quarter then it will slowly increase it price

And with hibiscus proved herself on previous few quarter with good result even though low oil price, so the earning is not a prob for it. And with higher oil pricr, revenue will be improved. As well

Agree with hewiester, crude oil price is too fragile now. Any bad news could make it topple, but 50usd above will be common ground for it

From pbb research, they put tp of 0.58 for the success of Hibiscus in anasuria. So 0.645 is actually achieved the target and slightly more, as these few days the price rally all thanks to this article.

So i think it will hover here for some time till the sabah EOR result out. then only the TP1.06 will be reachable.
