i think maybe the result it is not bad. it's almost same performance/profit as previous qtr.
Compare to previous qtr, it takes a share price of 2.20 to earn this same performance. And now is 1.49 can do this same performance. more over previous qtr with 2.20 for eps1.5, now 1.49 for eps1.6. maybe has some relation with the big volume push up before that closing.

also looking ahead, foreign workers is still in the need. inflation keeps getting higher, manufacturing cost keeps getting higher. employer hard to afford to give higher pay for operators. Then local people is picky for high pay jobs due to the increasing inflation. Many of those positions remained empty and became no choice to turn for foreign workers. As long as inflation increases, the need for foreign workers will increase. Unless the local peoples are willing to work for the lowest pay at their own homeland, which i think won't.
