My building can always view the Duke 2 traffic at Kepong menjarala area,both way are increasing car volume using Duke 2 recently.

Not sure about ekovest construction business,but from previous news ,which said,order book can keep them busy for years

Properties sector only know about ekocheras with seems busy work going to kick start the mall within this year

From desa park city to klcc,using Duke 2,it's take 20min or less, depends how fast the drivers.
If use free jalan kuching,it's need 40min ,1hour++

If weekend go Kl makan jalan,ppl don't mind use free road and spend a bit longer time driving

If week day for business working,I think most ppl will pay the toll as premium to shorten down the driving time

As a daily user to Duke 1 & 2, I really don't mind to pay to use it,as Duke is designed as alternative route .
To be honest Duke are for those who willing pay money to buy time,to shorten down the driving time .
