This quarter will be better as Olympic Games high expense dragged down q2 results. Wether results enough for 2.0 sen dividend remains to be seen, maybe not and it will be 1.5sen again.

Valuation is attractive, no doubt.

Sold 95% of my holding at 1.50 RM, probably good decision.

I think I must apoligise...on 10th March (when price was 0.90+ ) I wrote here that Astro will be 1.12 RM on 10th April.....Only now we closed beyond that level..
December 10th it will be 1.85 RM...

2.5 sen was a final dividend, next one is 1st interim..

First interim dividend to be announced later this month, expecting 1.5 sen...anything better pleasant surprise..

Very interesting last minutes yesterday, managed to load good batch with 1.54 RM...
Reminds me of IJM 1.20 RM unloading last year...huge quantity in few minutes...need to be always awake..

AmInvest has upgraded Astro to BUY with TP 1.83 RM..

@Kelvin....so true..I have analysed this same way ..also year 2014 bank FD interest rate was over 3% now 1.5% which should give more value to high dividend companies..
I guess we must wait the foreign funds back to Bursa to understand its full value..anyway, I am fully stocked and will enjoy steady dividends years to come...even if price doubles will probably hold for the lack of alternative investment targets..

Quarterly profit for company is 124 million..on yearly basis abt 500 million..if P/E considered optimistic 10 it makes company valuation 5 billion.
My valuation for this company is 50-80 sen per share..

You can still buy Astro at fairly low price but not very long time...positive things in pipeline..

Epf selling but Astro going up..

I exited totally 2.86 RM....not the best possible but no regrets..
Better take profits..downfall can be equally sharp and fast..
