That would be the right attitude. But then there are some guys going around who just want to focus on the bad in people.

When some tycoon rescues a troubled firm with good potential, for instance, then devises some strategies to turn it around, including making credible acquisitions, which would of course involve some capital raising, including RI exercise, they would start insinuating that this guy could be some kind of crook, cheat and embezzler, based on some past failure of his.

Then they start spreading vicious rumours around to make the price of his company's stock collapse and crash, so that they could come in to buy at low.

I like to eat ham soup. Not the one made from pork ham, but from woman ham. Heh heh heh.

I disposed all of my SUMA shares, which I bought @0.35, only 3 days ago (@0.50)
I turned from bullish to bearish on SUMA after finally realizing that it's overpriced. I concluded then that it may be worth 30 cents after PN17 uplift.

And just so as you right up to speed, the fair value mention is WITHOUT any dilution or conversion of any warrants. They were polite about it, but the clear meaning the price should be Lowe that 18 cents after conversion of warrants. Also stated in page 5.

And how long have you been in the stock investing world? FV is a static quantity? No it's not, it shifts with factors and conditions.

And does the market care about FV? Only for as long as the FV is not exceeded. The moment market price hits FV, forget about the old FV. A new FV comes to replace it.
