Yeap.. M3tech profit will be superb in 2018.
Last quarter loss was one off 4.x mil provision for doubtful debt and other stuff..

Lets say we exclude.. M3tech is already gonna profitable..
Couple with the New TBIKE contract of 53 mil over 2 year.

Assuming 20% profit margin, tbike would give every quarter profit of 10.6 / 8 quarter = RM1.3 mil each quarter.

WE HAVE NOT EVEN TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE FUTURE PROFIT FROM WECHATPAY, ALipay and the joint work with XOX, MNC and NETX. We have also not even take into account the new growth of I3 product in the world wide market,

By that time, you will see m3tech fly like the old dnex.. 15 cent to 60 cent.
I have recommended it earlier, trust or not trust.

no news a, MHB was always in bullish and uptrend until quarter announcement was out, if you look at chart price.

Now back to bullish, the first level it would stay would be around RM 0.90 cent range.
It will then move higher as it moves to 2018 as the director are also confidence in the future earnings.

The RM1,000,000,000 (1 Billion) petronas project commence in 2018, profit would be great i believe. :)

Next week when quarter is out, everyone will regret for not buying.

Result was bad compare last quarter is mainly due to no festive season in July - Sep 2017.

In previous quarter, there is mother day and hari raya which explain the higher revenue and profit
In Jan to Mar 2017, there is CNY and valentine which explain the higher revenue and profit

Overall, result was quite positive, it show a great improvement from prior year sales. If you all trust me and keep, u all will see > 5 mil profit in next quarter due to the holiday as well as christmas.

HY as at 31/12/2016 have UNRECOGNISED 770 mil unabsorbed CA and unutilised tax loss.
Q1 and Q2 probably have utilises RM300 mil..

Remaining RM470 mil should be recognised as DEFERRED TAX ASSET since the Company have been profit making for many quarter.
Let's see whether the Company will reclass to this Q3 or in final quarter.

I think a more good calculation or estimation is as follows:

Expected value is where you put a valuation on the probability of an incident happening. Its useful for traders

For example

Probability of hengyuan fantastic result :20%
Price of Hengyuan if fantastic result: RM 18

Probability of hengyuan good result :50%
Price of Hengyuan if good result: RM 15

Probability of hengyuan bad result : 20%
Price of Hengyuan if bad result: RM 10

Probability of hengyuan horrible result : 10%
Price of Hengyuan if bad result: RM 8

EV is = ((20*18)+(50*15)+(20*10)+(10*8))/100
= RM 13.90

Yea.. even at RM11,still undervalue..
At rm12 i think reasonable price if result is RM1 EPS.

If more than RM1, RM15 easy
