Giving 45 cent dividend would make this share so crazy undervalue.

WIth the consistent profit quarterly, this share Ex-div (RM0.50) Would fly back to at least RM0.70 , from there, we would see another 40% gain?

I still dont understand why not limit up.. Some IB or someone rich controlling the price..
