Definitely looks like it will be going below 0.40, maybe down to 0.35, since Putrajaya is keen on taking it to going to trial over the dispute with Prestariang over the termination with a seal notice dated 21/11 to appeal against the High Court dismissal of the Goverment's application to convert the originating summons to a writ action. It might take awhile before the price recovers.

He needs the cash. He can try & get all 3 companies into one but he still need an IPO to generate the cash he needs to see this project through. Generally you get a contract or a concession & then form a company with an IPO based on the prospect of future income.
