Following the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) period as imposed by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 16 April 2020 granted an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 30 April 2020 and 31 May 2020.

In consideration of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current situation, the Board of Directors of Careplus wishes to inform that Careplus will utilise the said extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its Unaudited First Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 March 2020 by 30 June 2020, provided that the MCO Period is not extended further by the Government.

This announcement is dated 29 May 2020.

ytd cannot sell, today drop till 0.78...
rebound a bit but didn't manage to sell.
then see other counter moving and better opportunity cost, sold back at 0.79...
lucky move to the counter, terus earn RM 60K.

During MCO period those QR deadline 31st May 2020 can request extension until 30th June 2020, so pls don't continue harping on the QR thing...
