Both companies employs lots of staffs hence the Rm1 billion project could boost the profits of the companies in return it support the economy and government with income taxes.

It is more sensible for PMX to award NiiSE to both Dnex and Theta to boost multiplier effect in the economy.

I think Theta did not get NiiSE project, they are playing reverse psychology trying to trap retailers.
