Many of us are very pleased with the impressive latest Quarter Result posted by the counter. A huge jump of 94% to achieve almost RM17 Million in Net Profit. The directors are so happy that they declared a interim dividend. ADDITIONALLY they are confident that the coming quarters would post also very good result. Not surprisingly business reports appearing in the MM AND The Star also highlighted the good result registered.
Then someone would shout that the share price is overvalued without substantitating it.
What is the real intention of thid person shouting at this forum. Is he regret that he has earliersold his shareholding and wanted to buy cheap this coming Monday.
He probably underestimated the impressive result of the company on last quarter and most importantly the company is also very confident that the coming quarters the results will be also very good.
By ANY STANDARD Comfort Glove has done well as not many counters at this moment in Bursa Malaysia can register such impressive performance. We look forward for better result in the next Quarter. WELL Done.

Wondering why people are shouting that the price is overvalued but unable to substantiate or prove it. It could be a desperate attempt to collect the share at a cheaper price when market open this Monday morning. It will be a fultile attempt as no one will believe them. The Quarterly Result is impressive with 94% in Net Profit and the forthcoming Quarter will be even better. DJ index also gone up by 400 plus point.

All indications are that in the next Quarter the result will be even more impressive due to :-

1) Much stronger demand with more orders.
2) Higher AS Prices with demand outstrip
supply.
3)Raw materials are cheaper.

Can never make everyone happy. We must learn to be contented. Comfort glove has posted a impressive result of a jump of 94 percent in Net Profit to almost RM17 Million in the last quuarter. By all standard it is a good result as how many counters at Bursa can post such a result. Yet someone posting here in other forum that the leap on the net profit is insufficient and the current price is overvalue but yet cannot substantiate why the price is over value.
Please be responsible to what your post.

Can never make everyone happy. By any standard the result of a jump of 94 % in Net Profit is very impressive especially at this moment. How many companies in Bursa can posted such performance. Notwithstanding the company is also very confident in the results on the coming quarters with much stronger demand, higher ASP and lower raw material costs. Please be fair and use your brain to evaluate whether this company is performing. Do not simply said the price is over value and should be RM2.00. Everyone can pluck a figure from the air and said that it is a fair price. Please be responsible and substantiate your price.

If tomorrow there is forced selling then the downtrend will continue. Another contributor has commented there are 3 more banks just started to cap the price of the glove companies in their margin financing.Only when the forced selling stop will the share start to rebound. Wait and see.

Is the Annual General Meeting fixed on next month namely 30th June 2020 ?

Share buyback is also instituted if the company's shares are undervalued.By buying back the shares the company will reduce the number of shares available for trading in the market thus pushing up the price of the share.

It is clear that based on the latest QR , Supermx is undervalued and now rapidly catching up with the rest of the Top Four producers. Supermx stands a very chance of improving its standing amongst the Top 4 in the near future when more QR are released. Best Wishes.

Today despite of profit taking in the Glove Sector, Supermx managed to registered positive gains. As some people said maybe it is due to the strong result in the coming QR. Well we shall see.

beside the bonus the additional good news is that the company will ramp up production with the further relaxation of the lockdown today. It should improve on the profitability of the company since it is going into the manufacturing of ppe. The demand for ppe will continue for quite some time until the vaccine is out.
