Based on past announcements, Hevea has raised $1.91m through the issuance of 1.5m new Hevea shares from the pp.

In the maximum scenario, Hevea will be issuing some 13.21m shares in this pp which is expected to rake in at least $17m to the coffer of Hevea.

I like the stepped-up pricing policy in this pp which ensure an escalating shares price

As Hevea shares price has been increasing since the pp has been announced, that mean some parties have been accumulating the shares as well, along with the fund. This should provide a good support to the shares price

As you can see, the pp shares price has been increasing from 1.24 to 1.33 now, that mean Hevea will receive more money and whoever the fund that is taking up this pp is also willing to pay higher prices for upcoming tranches.
