RO already extended till March 2024, what Sapura has to do is settle the RM4.75b first. This figure not coming from me or any Tom & Harry.
Any idxt saying must settle total RM15b, please go back to your business school study again.

I saw a lot of companies do asset disposal didn't call for EGM. I not sure what is bursa requirements on Asset disposal. Maybe the disposal value exceed x% of total asset value or a related party transaction or impacting the company's listing status..Etc.
Anyone could help to clarify this?

Is the entire stake of SapuraOMV selling for USD 1.2B or just the Sapura Energy 50% stake in SapuraOMv selling for USD 1.20b?
In November 2018, OMV said it was investing up to US$975 million for its 50% share of the equity in SapuraOMV.
If entire stake selling for USD 1.20b, it is a lost making deal for Australia OMV because their 50% investment is US$975 million. They just get back USD 0.60B.
