This company has good fundamental but recent news about their shutting down stores has brought panic to the shareholders. Despite the issues of the stores shutting down the group been doing good with the revenues

$BAT - is trading at 27 years low... Surely the bottom is not far away?? Even the most pessimist analyst have TP of RM 11.90
"1) Calendar year 2019 dividends total = RM 1.32... Assume we give 20% discount for calendar year 2020, or total div payout of RM 1.06, that's still 10% dividend yield...
2) Assume we give 20% de-growth for FY 2020, that's EPS of RM 1.025, that's FY 2020 expected PE of 10x."
