Small cap companies with p/b below 0.25 is almost bankrupt companies. While sheet metal fabricator sounds unexciting compared to other tech stocks, it is actually more versatile, meaning they are not limited to producimg test equipments for certain components. Less specialised, more versatile, more diversed.

Does supermax have extra capacity to produce gloves? I realise this share is the onlt one that never went up dueing the pandemic. I know lowest is 1.20, but topglove 4.30, but it went up to 6.7, and now at 6.20. Funnt that supermax has no gains comparatively

Their net operating cash flow i feel is quite manageable. Hopefully their capacity expansion also means more income and more customers. If covid19 cannot recover, demand for chips /processor wil be weak. Very bad for UWX.

@newbie128 no, it is due to heavy capex. Free cash flow ignores debt fufillment, Just use Operating cash flow less Capex

But few risk you should take note of this counter.

1. 70% of its revenue comes from 5 major customers.
2. FCF is negative. Normal for a new company that is undergoing capex expansion. But all it needs is a little disruption it will haem the business. But i see ir has have enough cash to weather this disruption to business activites. But its results definitely will be hit for 3Q2020
