Hi steven, if you want people to sell their cheap stock to you, maybe another day lah. marco will likely give 1 sen div this quarter report, which is about 6% yield, and likely another 0.5 sen later this year/ early next year. (may 0.5 sen this quarter, 1 later)

looks like end of wave 2, consolidation period kicks in, normal for a stock to go into consolidation before entering a new stage of wave. wave 3... maybe will come right or before the entitlement date

@bowman, fitters must get CF for zetapark 1st.... by doing this only can increase investor confidence and shows it's ability to resolve issues for their clients

nestle is a better choice. dividend yield for nestle is about 3-3.5% per year. with the capital growth you will get a total of at least 8%-15% ROE depending on market situation

i suggest wait for this upcoming quarter report 1st, this toilet paper must regain my trust on them after their poor performance in the previous quarter. however if quarter is good people say sell after the news is released. goreng at your own risk as i prefer to play safe

i checked trhough their annual report last year, their land bank in KL is getting lesser for some of their land is being developed. land in KK has little wealth/asset appreciation. somebody enlighten me why their NTA is so damn high

price drop i don't mind, as long they give more than 1.5 cent divvy per year i am happy. cheers. those who invest in marco are for the divvy, not really for the growth. for growth there are plenty of stocks out there. latitude, sbc, ntpm....

haha means the broker will earn big? i got a friend which her broker intro this stock to her too... this share many aunty and those run-when-drop-people will buy. mont kiara good response? i doubt so as there are so many condos in mont kiara looking for buyers. anything interest in kluang besides it's 2 hour drive to Singapore (excluding traffic)? outskirt of urban area is still not popular with it's land asset YET, at least for this coming 5 years. the only reason? Jusco
even it's intrinsic value is worth RM2.40 a discount of 40% needs to be factored in. read my 2 cents of opinion with a pinch of salt
