Warrant price only depend on the mother price at that moment, simply said. Other than that, also depends on average volatility of the stock, risk free rate, exercise price and time to maturity.

BenTan00, the difference is warrants is way way way out of the money (Exercise price is way higher than current price) it makes perfect sense to dispose the warrants as of now. Karim has been disposing warrants consistently over the past year, not just this week. If you wanna pick this case for SC to investigate, it holds no grounds at all. Unless...unless he disposes mother shares in the magnitude of millions, then you can make your case.
