BenTan00, the difference is warrants is way way way out of the money (Exercise price is way higher than current price) it makes perfect sense to dispose the warrants as of now. Karim has been disposing warrants consistently over the past year, not just this week. If you wanna pick this case for SC to investigate, it holds no grounds at all. Unless...unless he disposes mother shares in the magnitude of millions, then you can make your case.

PER 14x will give share price of RM6.86 already. PER 10x will give share price of RM4.90 already. PER 15x will give RM7.35.
