After reaching above RM2.31, the analyst will upgrade the target price and then Kpower will reach market cap of RM1bil and above. Then analyst will upgrade some more as he will say more institutional investors are interested in the stock above RM1bil market cap. When KPower drops back below RM1bil, the analyst will downgrade the stock again saying institutional investors are not interested as the market cap is back below RM1bil. The cycle goes on. Toilet paper analyst.
