I didn’t do much research on this counter, but based on its expiry date, conversion price and potential upside / TP of mother share is not so attractive for me to invest it.

1. Expiry date: 26/10/2015 (less than two years)

2. Conversion price of mother share: RM 2.07 [RM 1.00 (exercise price) + RM 1.07 (current WA price)]

3. Potential upside / TP of mother share = RM 1.90 (PE 15X for FY 2015) if based on the average TP by research house which is lower than the conversion price (RM 2.07)

Anyway, decision is yours & trade at your own risk. :)

Maybe today he bought a lot of mother shares at 9.5 & 10 cents again to become the biggest shareholder in NN.

I think the current NN-WA share price is fair same like luster-WA & WB. The NN-WC is higher than NN-WA may due to free float shares is less and about 80% of WC shares was controlled by big boy, so its share price can be pushed up easily.

Yes skrc, this is one of the possible scenario to unload their 8 / 8.5 cents at 9 cent and then accumulate again at 8.5 sen and lower. So that's one day show only!

2nd possible scenario is they will push up mother share price > 10 cents to unload their subscribed rights shares & warrants substantially maybe like luster.

3rd possible scenario is they got insider good news to push up mother share price as high as possible before release of good news to the public.

Anyhow, we will know which scenario is right by next week onwards!

I think Luster wouldn't go up higher than 11 cents in short & mid-term without any private placement or rights issue like previous.

Based on the latest announcement of changes in shareholder's interest, almost 60% mother shares was controlled by BOD. So free float shares in open market will be decreasing gradually if TPY & other substantial shareholders continue to accumulate it in open market or direct deal.
