WiseEye, I'm just a part-time trader & investor as well. I think most of NG shareholders already knew the Nexgram background in term of nature of business as well as fundamental wise, so I no need talk too much here.

I bought & held a lot of NG shares since August 2013 bcos I'm quite optimistic to foresee its future earning growth will be very lucrative, at least double from the existing yearly PAT about 7 million as its diversified business that are:-

1. Launching of IP-based network delivery solution as a key component of its Consumer Content Application / Corporate Mobile Application Modules (CCAM/CMAM).

2. Outsourcing agreement with the guaranteed revenue of USD 22.5 million over a period of three (3) years starting in Nov. 2012 from PT Inovisi, with an option to extend another 3 years.

3. Development of the Cyberjaya Land as new mixed property project (SOHO & Data Centre) will generate gross profit about RM 70 million that spread over the project's tenure of 11 years, this implies potential boost of gross profit about RM 6.4 million per annum expected from 2017 to 2027.

4. Acquisition of the Boutique Building to derive rental income.

5. Coal trading

6. Future may JV / acquisition of new data centre management company, O&G venture, etc.

For those NG shareholders who impatient or disappointed, pls don't hesitate to dispose all your NG shares now at 12 cents.

NVM, wait until 28 Mar'14. Maybe it will be announced together with qtr result at the same day as double catalysts to push up NG share price again.

WiseEye, of course I know the bonus issue need to be approved by shareholder via EGM. But before that, it should get approval from BM first. I forecast bonus issue will be completed at the end of April 2014. I think the BM approval for NG's bonus issue should be announced before 28 Mar 2014 probably by today. It's not too early as you said.

You can look at Presbhd's bonus issue was approved by BM within 7 working days as reference.

It's just my prediction only.

I think BM approval for bonus issue will be announced by today and 3rd qtr result on 27 Mar 2014 at the latest.

It's quite difficult to get NG at 12 cents now bcos TPY & other BP are parking substantial lots of Q buy order at 12 cents earlier than us.

I have accumulated another 1 mil. shares NG at 12.5 cents slowly & silently since last week as it's a golden time to do so at consolidation stage. The NG share price will be moving up again once announcement of bonus issue approval by BM & good 3rd qtr result within 2 weeks.

I'm also Q to buy another 1 mil. shares at 12 cents everyday but it's quite difficult to get it at the moment.

Hi SB, you will entitle to 267 lots (800 lots / 3) bonus shares as you bought it before announcement of bonus issue ex-date.

If Nexgram last closing price before ex-date is 15 cents, all your existing & bonus shares (800 lots + 267 lots) price will be adjusted down to 11 cents.

Yup Choo, you r still entitled to bonus shares if you sell it on ex-date. No need wait until entitlement date.

Ex-date: This is the date when the stock price reflects the adjustment made after undergoing certain corporate actions.

To receive the necessary entitlements through corporate actions, you must purchase the stock before the ex-date. If you purchase a stock on or after the ex-date, you will not receive the entitlements.


Entitlement / Book closing date (BCD): A cut-off date is implemented so that the final shareholders of the particular stock can be identified to ensure they receive the necessary entitlements from the corporate action.

Mana ada rugi. Your cost still the same if you buy NG share on ex-date. You should know that you r not entitled to bonus shares if you buy it on ex-date bcos NG share price has been revised down accordingly since ex-date.

Yup, the warrant holders will get additional warrants as well due to listing of new bonus shares. For HA Teo case, he will get additional 1667 (5000 lots / 3) lots new WA but his existing & new WA price will be revised down accordingly same as mother shares.

You can read yesterday announcement of bonus issue, 2nd clause:-

(ii) the listing of and quotation for the additional warrants and the new Nexgram Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the additional warrants,

I think the new management want to keep their cash for future business expansion rather than declaration of dividend. And also I'm quite optimistic about LNGRES's FY2014 financial result will be better than last year.

The current fair price for LNGRES should be 40 cents if based on PE ratio 13X, but now is just 8.4X which is undervalue!

If the co. gives X:Y bonus
where X is the no. of Bonus shares
Y is the shares held by you.

Ex-bonus price is A x Y/(Y+X), A = last closing price before ex-date

For instance, NG propose 1:3 Bonus issue and assume last closing price before ex-date is 12 cents. So ex-bonus price is 12 cents x (3/4) = 9 cents.

For those who want to buy or already bought WB, you must look into its exercise price even though WB is much cheaper than WA & WC. For me, I will buy WA rather than WB & WC.

As expected, NG had submitted the application of bonus shares listing to Bursa Malaysia by today. I think the BM approval will be obtained earliest by next week and EGM date will be announced soon once getting BM approval. Forecast the announcement of bonus shares entitlement date will be end of April 2014 if no any delay.

You can maximize your profit if up down gao gao!

77cq, y u always make noise since you just bought 200 lot at 16.5 cents or RM 3,300.00 only mah. Somebody else bought a few million shares at high price also no 'kao pei kao bu'. Maybe a few thousand RM is considered quite big amount for you.

Nexgram share price will be stabilizing & consolidating at 12 - 13 cents at the moment prior to further uptrend. It won't drop to < 12 cents in short term.

Maybe Si Kucing Gemuk will quite disappointed bcos his effort to frigthen retailers like us to panic dump NG shares at low price so that he can get it at < 10 cents may not materialized in short term.

I think the big players will change their strategy after knew share buyback action by TPY by tomorrow. So the NG share price will be stabilized and then U-turn back to uptrend.

Privatization of NG in mid & short term is unlikely but possible acquire / JV via exchange / swap shares with other strategic partners like PT Inovisi Infracom or Protasco or new data centre company.

Choo, y u so worry? It's good news that TPY didn't sell NG shares but acquire more mother shares again.

NG will be rebound by tomorrow as continual acquisition of NG shares by TPY & better global market sentiment!
