Based on the NG's TA chart, its current trend is consolidation & accumulation stage rather than downtrend. Hence, first TP 15 cents will be tested within 1 month no later than 30th June.

DRwarrant, you should worry about your CSL-WA rather than Nexgram-WA as CSL-WA already reached 3 cents even 2.5 cents and it will be delisted if CSL is unable to submit their AFR to Bursa within 2 months.

Now focus was shifted to WA instead of mother share due to heavy volume traded recently. If WA cannot breach below 4 cents by this week, that's mean 4 cents is its strong support in short term unless mother share price drop to below 10 cents.

Tomorrow will be another huge volume of force selling for WA especially for those contra players who bought it at 5 cents. Hence, it's good chance to buy WA at new low 3.5 cents if lucky.

I think the big players press down the WA price with huge volume bcos they want to accumulate more WA from weak holders and also contra players who bought WA at > 6 cents in last weak. Actually most of the buy & sell volume was done by the big players themselves.

One more thing, the willing seller don't want to sell it at current market price bcos he know that NG share price will be pushing up to 13.5 cents soon.

Hi Bangonluck, I am amateur player as well. There are a lot of reason for that kind of off market deal. But I guess the big players maybe don't want to act rashly and alert the enemy (打草惊蛇)first. They want to accumulate more NG shares at lower price in open market as many as possible b4 pushing up to > 13.5 cents.

StockHunter, I foresee NG share price will be appreciating to 15 cents again in short term (within 3 months) as TPY aggresively expand NG's business portfolio as well as enhance PAT in parallel mode such as propose to acquire Sensorlink with guaranteed PAT which can contribute NG's PAT promptly and securely.

Besides, I think there will be announcement of a series of corporate acquisition proposal with the same condition in short & mid term again in order to benefit NG shareholders in term of share price appreciation and dividend yield as well.

I will sell my NG shares if the following scenarios are realized:- 1. Breach my TP. 2. TPY sell his NG shares. 3. NG fundamental / financial condition is deteriorated. 4. Global economic crisis.

FYI, Ng did declare 2 cents per share dividend in 2005 but the issued share volume at that time is much lesser than now. BTW, the declaration of dividend will be announced together with 4th qtr financial result at the end of June 2014.

You should keep it if you're a mid-long term investor.

Currently the WC is outperformed the WA due to its free float warrant in open market is lesser and almost 80% WC was controlled by substantial shareholders.

If you compare both warrant's current closing price & exercise price, you will know WA is worthier than WC. I think WA will be pushing up to at least 10 cents from 8.5 cents by next week in order to narrow the price gap between them.

Besides mother shares, the BP is accumulating WA at 8 - 8.5 cents as well prior to pushing it up to more than 10 cents before ex-date. Trade at your own risk.
