我们中和看待上述交易，因为净利预计在2021年才能入账，以及对重估净资产（RNAV）的影响甚微。

基于无法在短期提振净利，因此维持财测及“买入”评级，惟考虑到其控股的双威建筑（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑股）的目标价下调，也下调其目标价5仙至2.15令吉。

KUALA LUMPUR: Sunway Bhd has entered into a joint venture agreement with MKH Bhd to develop a transit-oriented mixed project worth RM540mil in Kajang, Selangor.

In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said the transit-oriented development project, to be located on a 5.28-acre site, is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of next year and be completed within four years.

Sunway will hold a 60% equity stake in the joint venture firm, while MKH will hold the remaining 40% stake.

Located less than 1kme from Kajang town, the development will comprise commercial lots and residential units and The project will include affordable units.

The development will be another Sunway transit-oriented integrated development in the Klang Valley after the Sunway Velocity project in Cheras.

Sunway’s shares closed down by 1 sen to RM1.38.

OI集团表示正在寻求收购，尤其是在印尼和大马的现有种植园。

李耀祖说：“我们希望收购毗邻的种植园，因为容易结合和管理……目前，我们在大马的棕油有三分之二来自沙巴，而余下来自西马。”

据媒体报道，IJM种植（IJM Plantations Bhd）的竞购方包括IOI集团和合成种植（Hap Seng Plantations Holdings Bhd）。消息称，由于财力和目前位于沙巴和砂拉越的种植园地点，IOI集团看高一线。

根据IOI集团最新年度报告，截至6月30日，该集团的现金为27亿6000万令吉。
