（吉隆坡18日讯）销售与服务税（SST）开跑后，归功于豁免产品和生活习惯改变，分析员认为，本地有数个领域能够在新税制中受惠，包括售卖本地组装（CKD）车的汽车领域、食品制造领域，及部分零售业者。

肯纳格投行研究分析员指出，汽车制造商的本地组装车获税务豁免，因此能够降价，进而使得需求恢复。

该分析员说，受惠业者包括柏马汽车（BAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）、多元重工（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）、MBM资源（MBMR，5983，主板贸服股）、森那美（SIME，4197，主板贸易服股）、陈唱摩多（TCHONG，4405，主板消费产品股）和合顺（UMW，4588，主板消费产品股）。

Export tax remain 0% for September n October

（吉隆坡21日讯）大马棕油局（MPOB）援引大马皇家关税局文告表示，棕油出口税在10月保持零，和9月相同。

大马棕油局指出，棕油参考价为每公吨2159令吉69仙，政府只在棕油价超过2250令吉时才征税。

大马是在5月恢复5%的原棕油出口税，以减少棕油库存及巩固棕油市场价格，种植及原产业部在1月8日起，先豁免棕油出口税3个月至4月7日，之后再延长至4月30日。

之后5至7月的出口税都保持在5%，8月下调至4.5%，以及在9月归零。

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 4): Borneo Aqua Harvest Bhd has proposed a bonus issue of up to 939 million shares, on the basis of one bonus share for every existing share.

“The proposed bonus issue shall be wholly capitalised from the share premium of the company,” the group said in a stock exchange filing today.

KUALA LUMPUR: Sandakan-based Borneo Aqua Harvest Bhd (Bahvest) said it had commenced its gold production commercially following the commissioning of the gold processing plant in Tawau, Sabah. It has also yielded its maiden gold dore bar, it added.

WRSB has obtained a 33-year sublease to set up a gold mining operation on a 317.7ha plot in Bukit Mantri, Tawau from Southsea Gold Sdn Bhd.

IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, a 100% subsidiary, on Sept 4, 2018 accepted an award from Affin Bank Bhd (not listed) for the construction of the superstructure works of a proposed 47-storey office building (Package 4 — Main Building Work) at the Tun Razak Exchange for a total value of RM 505 million. The construction period is for 26 months with expected completion by the fourth quarter of 2020.

The job win is IJM’s first announced job win of financial year 2019 (FY19), lifting its outstanding order book to an estimate of RM9.3 billion (based on outstanding order book of RM8.8 billion as of end-June 2018). Assuming an 8% pre-tax margin, we estimate a net profit contribution of RM31 million (85 sen earnings per share) over the construction period into FY21. We make no change to our earnings forecasts having imputed for RM1 billion of new contracts in FY19 estimates.

文告稱，這筆金額將解決布米阿瑪達和租船公司之間的所有索賠事項。該協議將有助于推進整個項目更快達到竣工驗收（Final Acceptance）。

該公司也表示，已經針對該協議納入1億1900萬美元（約4億7700萬令吉）的減值費用。而這項協議最終將對2018財政年淨利帶來約2500萬美元（約1億令吉）的負面影響。

文告稱，布米阿瑪達截至上半年的訂單總值高達202億令吉。
