IBs usually conservative

and people always want safety margin so will start to sell RM12.00

but when shares reach above RM14.30 all will bang head on wall.

The Star: Trading volume surges to record high of 9.59b units
KUALA LUMPUR: Trading volume on Bursa Malaysia surged to an all-time high of 9.59 billion shares on Wednesday as punters chased penny stocks but therein the danger lies.

Market watchers said most of the penny stocks surged in morning trade, pushed up by traders in the absence of any strong fundamentals, and luring the newbies and ordinary investors to jump in.
However, in late afternoon, the heavily traded stocks were off their intra-day highs by a wide margin as traders had already off-loaded some of their shares. The market watchers quipped that the beneficiary of the high trading volume would be Bursa Malaysia.

At 5pm, the FBM KLCI was up 17.20 points or 1.25% to 1,397.13. Trading value was RM5.10bil while decliners beat advancers 558 to 395 while 350 counters were unchanged.

The most active was HLT Global warrants which saw 505.93 million units done. It closed up seven sen to 28 sen but off the intra-day high of 43 sen. HLT ended 11.5 sen higher at 49.5 sen with 321.11 million shares done, but iff the day's high of 66 sen. K-One Technology was the second most active with 394.56 million shares done, up six sen to 31 sen. The intra-day high was 39 sen.
BCM Alliance rose 3.5 sen to 24 sen with 244.65 million units done. Its day high was 30 sen.
LKL International rose 0.5 sen to 56.5 sen with 211.36 million shares done. Its day high was 74 sen. Carelplus Group ended 2.5 sen higher at 91.5 sen with 185.60 million shares, but off the intra-day high of RM1.18.

YTY Group Sdn. Bhd. is under Indorama, and from its website, YTY capacity only 17B glove per annum, compared to Topglove 73.8B glove per annum. So your 10.8B worth of company you add indorama inside as well? Indorama got so many diversified business. So to take over the whole world supply ?? I really don't know what you are smoking

Frankly what the revenue of 10.8 Billion consist of - i am not sure.

But if you see their products on YTY group website i cannot find much other than gloves:

perhaps the 17B glove capacity is still fetching the revenue stated with exceptional margins.

If i understand correctly , YTY group is part of Indorama group and not the other way round.

From Indorama 2019 annual report, the group consolidated revenue for 2018 was more or less 10.8B, 2019 was 11.3B, and the thomasnet said it based the report on Nitrile Gloves Industry 2019 Global Market research report, so may be based on 2018 revenue and hence it included the whole indorama revenue to come out with YTY 10.8b sales

Hartalega is the biggest nitrile producer in the world almost 44.6B gloves in 2020. They have one of the best profit margin in the industry and their revenue is still far less than a billion.

The Edge & four Chinese newspapers (Sinchew, Nanyang, China Press, Oriental) highlighted Kossan, if cannot up, then need to switch to other glove counter already......Bagi Kossan last chance.

Those who interest on call warrants formulas:

Settlement (in RM)
= [(Mother share price)- (Exercise price)] x (1/Conversion ratio) x number of warrant

So let say in an example, the mother share price is RM13.62 and the exercise price of call warrant is RM10.00, and conversion ratio is 10 to 1, and you are holding 1000 call warrant
then applying the above formula will be

Settlement
= [(Mother share price)- (Exercise price)] x (1/Conversion ratio) x number of warrant
= [(13.62) - (10.00)] x (1/10) x 1000
= 3.62/10 x 1000
= 0.362 x 1000
= RM362.00

If you apply the formula above and found that the settlement is a negative in numbers, you dont have to pay the issuer anything, but it also means your call warrant expired worthless, ie you lost all the money invested in the particular call warrant.

European style warrant can only be exercised (ie. you take the bet off the table against issuer)upon expiry date, automatically, you don't have to email the issuer or anything.

However, you can't choose to exercise it before the expiry date.

After the expiry date, the warrant will be automatically exercised and the issuer will mail you a cheque if your settlement is greater than zero, ie the warrant expired 'in the money'.
