Don't over excited by the AI data center business.

YTLP management has previously indicated a small profit during starting phases and expect gradual ramp up in profitability as the assets reach maturity stage within the next 3-4 years.

In summary you need to wait 3 to 4 years to see the full contribution of the AI data center. Don't forget this is a massive RM 20 billion investment, how YTLP going to fund this investment, how much financial cost per year? Any rights issue required from investors for this project? What is the depreciation cost per annum? All still at early stage, no information from the management yet.
