I do understand the predicament of directors in such situation

Of course it is ridiculous that the directors of the company cannot sell their stocks holdings.

It is true that some people may see it as not favorable sign but that's okay if the directors do not sell at the inappropriate timing like before the QR, for example. When the company's performance is strong, the impact on the directors selling their stock holdings is minimal

Share buy back is certainly not simply use to buy back the company's stock

I my opinion, share buy back is use in certain extreme circumstances where the price is bashed down by certain parties to a level that is grossly undervalue. It is just an indication to the public that the company is confident about its stock and it is grossly undervalue.

Investors prefer move stable price and growth.
only speculative players wants high volatility

I have faith in NOTION to do well moving forward

My suggestion to @888next is to buy and support NOTION instead of ELSOFT (will need some time for its recovery).

All the hard work building the image of NOTION will be wasted if letting the stock to fall drastically after the so called good QR

Btw, sometimes when things are too good, sharks may want to dhake off some weak players before allowing the price to go up. Have you experienced before that after you dold because you are scared and the price shot up later?

Remember that *Big Boys" or some call them "sharks" need to buy cheap before they can/willing to push the ptice up (if they don't have stock like a trader, how to make money when the price goes up - nothing to sell ma)

So there will be time (at certain stage of the uptrend) the price have to pause and retrace fir them to accumulate the stock for their operations)

Most ARMADA fan including me believe that this QR results will be good. So we bought into ARMADA...and supporting the price...more and more believe the higher it goes...see value in it.

Now the result is out and confirmed good. Price factored in already ma.

For ARMADA to go higher, we need new stimulus...

If investors can find/see better future in ARMADA, they will buy and price will go up further.

Currently after the confirmation of the performance of the good results as expected, some investors or trader take some profit and stay sideline and watch what's next before they make their decision

I would agree that price will go down if QR is bad and not measuring up to the expectation of investors, not the other way
